Aristotle Air warranties include:
- 1-year warranty on parts (minimum) and labor for all service-related work
- 2-year warranty on workmanship for all installations of AC/heating equipment
- Cooling and Heating Equipment – 10-year, 15-year, and Lifetime Parts and Labor warranties available
How We Protect You and Guarantee Satisfaction
In addition to our Extended Parts and Labor Warranties (mentioned above), we also provide on heating and air conditioning equipment and certain other equipment a:
- Money-Back Guarantee – Within the first year of operation, if you are unsatisfied with our service or operation of your system, we will make unlimited attempts to rectify or replace the unit. If you are still not satisfied, we will refund 100% of your investment upon request.
- Low-Price Guarantee – We love to compare our pricing and quality of equipment and installation with our competition. Before purchasing, if you find the same or similar equipment, installation, accessories, guarantees, and warranties, we will beat that price by $100. (A written quote must be provided.)
