It is refreshing to find such quality in a service organization, and in the arena of HVAC there are so many to choose from. The sales discussion was enlightening, and conducted in a most respectful manner. The installers were extremely polite, exceedingly careful, and accomplished an incredible amount of work in a single day. Although replacing a whole house AC/Gas Heating system does carry significant cost, (you do get what you pay for) we feel the cost was within expectations. I will be telling others of this installation and most certainly recommend Aristotle Air.
Aiden came out and did the inspection quickly and efficiently leaving no mess. Aristotle sold me my system and installed it. It was the best installation I have ever had. They do exceptional work.

Due to a misunderstanding on my part, I wrote a fairly negative review for Aristotle. Now I would like to correct that with the review that should have been written in the first place. The technician who came out to see if my AC was working properly was excellent. He was personable and knowledgeable. In addition, the customer service that I received from Aristotle was outstanding. I would recommend Aristotle to take care of your cooling and heating needs!
As always my experience with Aristotle Air keeps me a loyal customer. Adam was professional, respectful of our home, and thorough. I never feel pressured to purchase anything or additional services, today when it was suggested that I add compressor savers to help extend the life of my already 20-year-old units, I felt they were saving me money.

Very comprehensive inspection during the bi-annual tune ups that also includes all the items checked and the results. This is especially important for electrical components as they are the life line of every unit.No work is done without owner approval and Aristotle Air will provide a quote before anything is repaired. Scheduled a tune up with Ruben. He explained some of the things he witnessed and showed me images. Items that would certainly improve the efficiency of our HVAC system. An estimate was sent shortly after. Very reasonable pricing and I scheduled within the week.Next visit, Jesus G. and an additional technician arrived promptly to my home. They were friendly, efficient, cleaned up prior to billing and explained all services completed. Would highly recommend Aristotle Air Conditioning & Heating!

Had another great experience with Aristotle Air. I've referred them to many clients over the years - whether it be for an inspection, tune-up, repair, or replacement - and they always hit the mark! Today I had Adan G. as our tech. He was knowledgable, friendly, and thorough.
Had Aristotle out to diagnose a problem last week on some new Bryant equipment since they are authorized warranty dealers. They were out immediately and had the diagnosis finished quickly. I got a bid from them for repair , they ordered the parts and said it would be 2-3 weeks before the parts were available . The parts showed up yesterday, they scheduled the repair first thing this morning and the repairs are done now by 11 am . Awesome service and seems like all is well so a job well done by the techs as well. 2-3 weeks early in my case and Brie in the office was fantastic to work with as well.
Recently had (another) problem with our HVAC equipment purchased from Aristotle Air. Fortunately, they stood by their warranty and came out to make the necessary repairs, since the equipment is still fairly new. While I'm not happy about the equipment failures, I appreciate Aristotle's quick customer service, their courtesy, and the fact that their technician got the job done right.

Aristotle Air Conditioning has been our go to AC company since 2010. They performed maintenance on our AC units until they needed replacement. Aristotle did an excellent job installing new super efficient units that reduced our electric bill along with a substantial rebate from the utility company. Recently we asked them to clean our 23 year old ducts and dryer vent. What a WONDERFUL crew and EXCELLENT job they did. They covered all my quilts on the wall, our bed, clothes in the closet. They didn't leave a dust bunny anywhere. The crew came in and did a clean and efficient work and the house smelled so fresh after they left. THANK YOU!

I need to take a minute and praise a company like Aristotle Air. As we know, this summer has been brutal. Our air stopped working last night. Having a little knowledge of how these systems work, I had a fairly good idea of what the issue might be. I contacted multiple “reputable” companies, and none were responsive or reasonable. I called Aristotle (Victor), and he listened to what I had to say. He immediately gave me a time frame on when he would be over, and he quickly resolved the issue. My family and I were happy we did not have to get a hotel. The price was very reasonable considering the time of day. The service was terrific and professional. I highly recommend Aristotle Air
Adam showed up as promised and diagnosed the problem which was operator error. He explained how to avoid the issue in the future. Suggested using a less expensive filter and I did. My system has worked much better since. Thanks. Adam is very good.

We purchased two a/c units with the furnace from Aristotle after meeting with the project manager to go over options and cost for replacing our Carrier units that were 17 years old. I had been referred by 2 coworkers who had comparison shopped with 6 other places. They chose Aristotle and had great things to say about them.
